We’re looking for a full-stack Software Developer to help build tools and customer-facing features that power the Rocket Rez platform. Your work will deliver meaningful value to our customers and their guests while elevating how our team operates internally.

• Build and maintain full-stack features that are performant, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that solve real problems for our customers.
• Participate in ideation, technical design, team discussions, and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
• Write clean, testable code and troubleshoot bugs or technical issues as they arise.
• Help create and maintain API endpoints and integrate with third-party services.
• Support internal tooling that helps other teams (e.g., Support, Implementation) work more efficiently.

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in a full-stack environment.
• Solid experience with web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Type Script, React, Node.js, or similar).
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Python, .NET, or similar, and relational databases (e.g., Postgres, SQL Server).
• Experience working in an agile team and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Experience in exploring and effectively leveraging AI tools as part of your ongoing growth and overall productivity.
• A strong understanding of version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
• A problem-solver mindset and eagerness to learn from others while contributing your own perspective.
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), or experience building internal tools or customer support platforms.
