• Ensure security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Lead technical decision-making and mentor development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
