As a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic (Service Technician) at DSL, you will play a key role in keeping our customers’food service operations running smoothly. You will service, repair, andmaintaina variety of equipment, respond quickly to service calls, and ensure customers receive professional, courteous support. You will alsoleverageindustry-leading technology, including smartphones and cloud-based software, to manage work efficiently and accurately.

What You’llDo

• Service,maintain, and install refrigerated and gas food service equipment
• Provide professional and courteous customer support, addressing concerns promptly
• Respond quickly and efficiently to service calls
• Provide telephone support for troubleshooting when needed
• Assess and complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Manage service requests and paperwork using DSL’s integrated mobile app
• Maintain an organized andaccurateparts inventory in your company vehicle
• Respond to on-call service emergencies on select evenings and weekends

Responsibilities may evolve as the role and service operation grow.
