As a Content/Cleaning Technician, you’ll bring care and attention to every detail, handling belongings and properties with respect. From packing out treasured items to cleaning and restoring them, you’ll play a vital role in helping families and businesses get back on their feet after disaster strikes.

What You’ll Do:- Pack, protect, and transport customer belongings from damaged properties with care.
- Clean, sanitize, and deodorize contents affected by water, smoke, and fire.
- Restore residential and commercial spaces damaged by disasters.
- Assist with documenting, tracking, and warehousing client contents using technology.
- Support remediation and restoration crews as needed.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent client needs.
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to wear full PPE as required.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.
- Experience in the restoration industry.
- IICRC certifications such as FSRT, CPT, UFT, or CCT.
- Familiarity with contents tracking software (Encircle, Assured Packout).
- Experience cleaning and maintaining restoration equipment.
- Remediation or construction experience.
- First Aid certification.
