• Lead and perform high-quality carpentry work—from framing and millwork to fine finishing—ensuring every detail meets Oaken's craftsmanship standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications with accuracy and foresight.
• Plan ahead: identify challenges early, coordinate with the project manager, and keep timelines and budgets on track.
• Mentor apprentices and junior carpenters, modeling professionalism, efficiency, and pride in the craft.
• Enforce safety, quality control, and jobsite organization at all times.
• Represent Oaken Builders with professionalism and humility—each home reflects our name and your workmanship.

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience, with lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Proven skill in custom home building, renovations, and finishing carpentry.
• Strong ability to plan, problem‑solve, and manage priorities in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
• A leadership style rooted in accountability, mentorship, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A genuine commitment to bringing your God‑given talents to your craft and using them to build something meaningful.

Salary: $29 – $39 per hour
