As a Health & Social Services Centre Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift.

• Permanent Position:
  Thursday & Friday

• Site Training during weekdays

• Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the facility to maintain safety and security
• Monitor staff, clients, and visitors and respond to alarms, disturbances, or incidents
• Screen and admit visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor parking compliance and report violations
• Complete daily patrol logs, incident reports, and required documentation
• Manage access to secure areas and escort individuals when required
• Perform opening and closing duties, including door and alarm checks
• Provide support and assistance to staff as requested

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Comfortable interacting with staff, clients, and visitors in a healthcare setting
• First Aid Training and Use of Force certification considered an asset (or willingness to obtain)
