As a Community Office Security Guard in the healthcare sector you will help ensure the safety and well-being of children, families, patients, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring access, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and supporting site operations with professionalism and care.

• Hourly wage of $16.93 per hour
• Permanent Positions:
  Saturday 1615 to 2345 & Sunday 1615 to 2345
• Flexible schedules with various shifts available

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
  - Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service.
• Access Control
• Upon entry of every visitor request reason for visit, and guide and direct the visitor accordingly.
• Upon entry of employee, request to see .
• Request to put on a mask (mask holder at front entrance).
• Assist with other Security Officer Duties if necessary. In particular assist with aggressive patients, and during emergency codes like Code White, code Yellow etc.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
