As Healthcare Security Guard in health care clinical setting, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments. This is a temporary long term Maternity coverage.

Responsibilities for Healthcare Clinic Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Performing Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Prevent theft, violence or infringement of rules and regulation at the site.
• Good and effective communication skills are required to de-escalate aggressive or violent situations.
• Monitor site visitors, Perform s, responding to various site emergencies (codes).
• Observe presence of any suspicious person, things, unusual activity, or issues if seen at the site, and respond to the situation and manage reporting.
• Interior and exterior patrolling, scanning patrol points, and reporting.

Qualifications for Healthcare Clinic Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• First aid certification an asset
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Tactical Experience (An asset)
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to day Shifts
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
