About the Role
As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. You’ll connect with key decision-makers, provide expert guidance on Kal Tire products and services, and work closely with internal teams to ensure we deliver on our promises. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, expanding our market presence, and supporting the success of both our customers and our stores.
What You’ll Do

Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts and key stakeholders.

Maintain and grow your regional B2B sales portfolio through proactive client engagement and market insight.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer needs.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.

Support store management in implementing sales strategies.

Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Participate in industry events and build networks that strengthen Kal Tire’s presence in the market.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent; post-secondary diploma or degree preferred, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a sales-driven mindset and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

A customer-first mindset and proven ability to deliver results.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset).

Special Requirements

Valid driver’s licence.

Flexibility to travel within the region as required. (1 week per year)
