Levitt‑Safety is seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Sales Specialist (Outside Sales / Territory Management) to grow our B2B presence across Manitoba and Northern Ontario
. This high‑visibility field sales role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, excels at account management, new business development, and customer acquisition, and wants to represent a trusted brand that protects people at work.

What you’ll do:- Manage the end‑to‑end customer experience—from first contact through long‑term partnership — dedicating approximately 70% of your time to account management and expansion, and 30% to new business development.
- Position Levitt‑Safety as a trusted advisor by recommending integrated safety solutions that address customer needs and go beyond individual products.
- Drive territory growth by proactively prospecting, qualifying leads, building relationships, and expanding share of wallet with end users and distributors.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to increase market presence in Manitoba while strengthening and growing customer relationships in Northern Ontario.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Service Specialists, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless, customer‑focused solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to decision‑makers and key stakeholders across various industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, including opportunity identification, needs analysis, solution development, forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
- Engage regularly in the market through networking, industry events, customer site visits, and ongoing relationship‑building activities.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain an accurate pipeline, track activities, document customer interactions, and support sales forecasting.
- Represent Levitt‑Safety with professionalism and confidence as a brand ambassador in the field.
- Travel throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario, including occasional overnight trips for customer meetings, trade shows, and key events. Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Demonstrated drive, curiosity, and the ability to quickly build trust with customers and internal partners.
- Strong passion for solution‑based, relationship‑driven B2B selling, with a focus on understanding customer needs and creating value.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or territory management, ideally with CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
- Confidence, initiative, and a high level of independence, with proven success working in a field‑based or remote sales environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision‑makers at multiple levels.
- Experience with safety products, industrial services, or technical solutions is an asset—but if you bring the right mindset, we’ll provide the training.
- Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction, mining, or other B2B technical sales environments is considered a strong asset.
- Competitive base salary of $75,000–$90,000 based on experience
- Target total compensation of approximately $90,000–$105,000+, including annual performance bonus, with strong upside for high performers
