Levitt-Safety is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Specialist to grow our presence across Manitoba and Northern Ontario
. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building partnerships, and wants to represent a brand that truly protects people at work.

What you’ll do:- Own the customer experience from first conversation to long-term partnership - dedicating approximately 70% of your focus to supporting and expanding existing accounts, and 30% to driving new business development
- Position Levitt-Safety as a trusted advisor, offering integrated safety solutions that go beyond products
- Drive territory growth by prospecting, nurturing relationships, and expanding share of wallet with end users and distributors
- Actively build Levitt-Safety’s market presence in Manitoba while strengthening and expanding relationships throughout Northern Ontario
- Partner closely with inside sales, service specialists, and customer service teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to decision-makers at all levels
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, from opportunity identification through negotiation and close
- Stay plugged into the market through networking, industry events, and customer visits
- Leverage Salesforce to build and maintain a strong, sustainable pipeline
- Represent Levitt-Safety with confidence, credibility, and pride as a brand ambassador in the field
- This role includes regular travel throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario, with occasional out-of-town and overnight travel (typically quarterly or as business needs require, including trade shows and key customer events). Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Drive, curiosity and ability to build trust.
- A strong passion for solution-based, relationship-driven selling
- 2–5 years of success in sales or business development, ideally with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Confidence, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to customers and stakeholders
- Experience in safety products or services is an asset - but not required. If you have the right mindset, we’ll teach you the rest.
- Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction, mining, or B2B technical sales environments is considered a strong asset.
- Base salary: $75,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
- On-target earnings: $90,000–$105,000+ (base + annual performance bonus)
- Strong upside earning potential for high performers
