Join Sunbelt Rentals as an Equipment Rental Specialist
! In this inside sales role, you’ll support walk-in and phone customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. You’ll be the first point of contact—helping customers find the right tools, placing orders, and ensuring top-notch service.

• Assist customers with equipment rentals (phone & in-person)
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Process orders and handle administrative tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service every time

• High School diploma or GED
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment
• Equipment rental experience (bonus)
• Knowledge of parts and equipment
• Strong customer service and computer skills

Ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lbs+, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.

Base Pay Range: 23.35 - 27.72
