We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Junior Account Manager to help more local businesses succeed. If you’re energized by people, eager to learn, and passionate about your community - this might be your next big step.

• Prospect for new business through outbound calling and local outreach
• Build long-term relationships and uncover new sales opportunities
• Lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ goals
• Pitch radio and digital advertising campaigns that help them grow
• Coordinate with our support teams to deliver on your clients’ orders
• Monitor campaign success and provide regular progress updates
• Use tools and sales planning systems to hit your targets

• You’re curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
• You enjoy meeting new people and building meaningful connections
• You’re proactive — you see opportunity and take action
• You’re a team player who loves collaboration
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset — but not required

• A fast-moving, people-first team that prioritizes innovation and agility

• $40,000-$45,000 per year
