The organization values credibility, accountability, and long-term partnerships within the ag retail community.

The Role

Reporting into a small, collaborative sales team, the Sales Representative will manage and grow retail relationships throughout Manitoba. This role is entirely direct-to-retail and does not involve farm or grower calls. Success is driven by consistent in-person visits, strong communication, and close coordination with internal operations and sales support.

  • Drive growth and retention in the assigned region, meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events, promoting our brand and cultivating relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to deliver a positive customer experience and ensure seamless transaction processes.
Qualifications

  • 10+ years of people or sales management in agriculture, directly engaging with retails.
  • Industry experience and relationships building are a must.
  • Strong knowledge of crop protection products
  • Ability to balance sales objectives with a commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in technology, including CRM software

  • Comfortable operating in an independent contractor environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in agriculture, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Cross-functional experience and agility in a fast-growing business environment.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and certificates relevant to agricultural sales.

If you are a relationship-driven AG sales professional who enjoys building something meaningful from the ground up, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact.
