Responsibilities- Win and onboard new clients
- Identify and pursue new business prospects
- Develop long‑term loyal clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Research and identify potential leads
- Organize and manage pipeline opportunities
- Qualify prospective clients to ensure alignment with company goals
- Create and present compelling value propositions to potential clients
- Participate in competitive bidding processes to secure new business
- Negotiate terms in the best interest of the company
- Meet and exceed sales targets and new business goals
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
- Monitor projects for billing milestones

- Understanding of fire protection systems and services
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the sprinkler industry
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to building long‑lasting partnerships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Familiarity with contracting maintenance services (any trade)
- Experience in the fire protection industry (an asset but not mandatory)
- Self‑motivation, sense of urgency, and resilience in handling rejection
