Responsibilities
  • Win and onboard new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects
  • Develop long‑term loyal clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Research and identify potential leads
  • Organize and manage pipeline opportunities
  • Qualify prospective clients to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Create and present compelling value propositions to potential clients
  • Participate in competitive bidding processes to secure new business
  • Negotiate terms in the best interest of the company
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and new business goals
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
  • Monitor projects for billing milestones
Qualifications
  • Honesty, competitiveness, and openness to coaching
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Understanding of fire protection systems and services
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the sprinkler industry
  • Strong customer service focus and commitment to building long‑lasting partnerships
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Familiarity with contracting maintenance services (any trade)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the fire protection industry (an asset but not mandatory)
  • Self‑motivation, sense of urgency, and resilience in handling rejection
  • Curiosity and coachability
