Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Winnipeg, MB. The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, and negotiating deals to close sales. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing customers and meeting sales targets to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Customer Engagement, and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Communication, Relationship Building, and Interpersonal Relations
• Negotiation, Presentation, and Decision-Making capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales reporting tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Goal-driven with a track record sérieux of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Previous experience in automotive sales or related industries is advantageous
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
