Private Client Advisor / Securities Specialist / Financial Planner

Winnipeg - REMOTE

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 per year (base plus uncapped commissions, bonus structure, benefits and career growth)

Role Overview

This is a dream opportunity for the experienced “hunter” who loves to sell. The unique business model offers a top‑down approach, allowing you to focus on sales. Working remotely on your own schedule, you’ll have an incredible back‑office support system, a relationship‑management team that handles the account and clients after sale, and superior leadership for ongoing support and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Pure asset gathering: receive a continuous list of warm, pre‑qualified leads (no cold calling, no product selling).
  • Discovery calls, presentations, and analysis: conduct consultative meetings with potential investors to identify their financial goals.
  • Present value propositions to high‑net‑worth individuals and close the deal. After the deal, the relationship‑management team takes over and you move to the next opportunity.
Qualifications
  • CIM or CFA with an active Basic Securities licence (Dealing Representative) through IIROC.
  • 5+ years of experience selling financial services/investment products, including stocks, to HNW individuals.
  • Quantifiable track record of sales successes and a passion for high‑volume phone calls and in‑person or video meetings.
  • Tech‑savvy communicator skilled in various computer software and cloud‑based tools.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
