Boutique & Customer Experience Lead

You’ll be a key leader in our front-of-house operations, owning the boutique experience, leading customer care, and partnering closely with our Production Supervisor to ensure a seamless journey from design to customer. This is a role for someone who thrives in collaboration, leads with warmth, and is ready to be fully aligned and thriving with us.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the boutique experience: welcome clients, offer personalized styling and fit guidance, and ensure every interaction reflects the Anne Mulaire brand.
• Manage daily operations: oversee opening/closing duties, stock presentation, restocking, and appointment scheduling.
• Respond to customer communications: answer emails, online inquiries, and resolve concerns with a solutions-first approach.
• Maintain visual excellence: support in-store merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
• Collaborate on events: help organize and host small in-store events and product launches.
• Coordinate with the team: assist with inventory tracking and liaise with production/fulfillment.

What You Bring

• Previous leadership in retail or customer service (Key Holder, Retail Lead, or similar role preferred).
• Warm, confident communicator with a knack for building trust.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Passion for sustainable fashion, slow fashion, and Métis culture.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Shopify, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Canva, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.
• Eye for visual merchandising and an instinct for style.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week. Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional Tuesday–Saturday shifts.
