Are you an energetic and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team that supports the retail and merchandising industry? We are seeking motivated and dependable Merchandising Associates to join our team in Ontario. This role will focus on product merchandising, store setups, fixture builds, shelf adjustments, and general store support to ensure optimal product displays and store functionality.
As a Merchandising Associate, you'll work primarily overnight in teams to complete a variety of tasks in retail locations.The position involves substantial travel and flexibility with work schedules. Compensation & Benefits:

Merchandising & Store Support:
- Restock products and set up displays according to planograms.
- Build and reset fixtures, shelves, and store layouts.
- Handle minor store repairs and maintenance.
- Support store renovation and remodeling projects.
Travel:
- Travel extensively within provinces. (Travel expenses covered).
Physical Labor:
- Lift up to 50 lbs, unload stock, and move store fixtures.
- Stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Night
Shifts:
- Shifts start around 9 PM and end by early morning (9 AM, flexibility required).
- Work 10 days in a row, followed by 4 days off.
Skills &
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, merchandising, or construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift experience is a plus (training provided after 6 months).
- You should be physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods, with high energy and endurance to keep pace with demanding tasks.
- The role requires adaptability, including the ability to work flexible overnight shifts and travel frequently for work assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to follow detailed instructions like planograms.
- A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required for travel.
- A commitment to safety and using PPE when necessary is crucial.
