Salary: $16.00/hr + commission

Requirements: 32-40hr/week availability

• Engage mall shoppers through our sales process.
• Build and maintain a prospect list using our CRM.
• Promote WOW! and partner brands to generate awareness.
• Provide unbiased, personalized advice to customers.
• Consistently hit key business metrics.
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Participate in coaching discussions.
• Manage inventory – receiving, signing, securing.
• Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
• Perform daily operations such as opening/closing the kiosk.
• Complete required training and stay current on promotions, products, and policies.
• Manage cash, point‑of‑sale, and inventory systems.
• Work evenings and weekends during mall hours as needed.
• Prioritize tasks with urgency and adapt quickly to change.

• Customer‑facing retail or hospitality experience using a point‑of‑sale system.
• Availability during evenings and weekends.
• Experience in wireless retail or commission sales is an asset.
