Anticipate and understand client needs, providing proactive updates on operational progress and ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.

Implement and optimize Aramark processes and systems to achieve operational efficiency and service quality.

Build revenue and manage budgets effectively, including controlling costs related to food, beverages, and labor, while maintaining the high standards expected in a private school setting.

Ensure strict adherence to Operational Excellence principles, including food quality, safety, and labor compliance.

Direct and oversee all aspects of production, distribution, and food service operations, delivering consistently high-quality, nutritious, and creatively presented meals.

Maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Develop and cultivate supervisory staff to grow into future leaders, fostering a culture of professionalism, mentorship, and excellence.

Ensure full compliance with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including safety, health, and labor standards.
