We are looking for Head Chef for our East Indian cuisine restaurant.

• Estimate supplies, food items and costs
• Maintain records
• Analyze operating costs and quantities
• Demonstrate cooking techniques and equipment to staff
• Supervise kitchen activities
• Create and refine recipes
• Instruct cooks, supervise cooks and kitchen staff
• Prepare and cook complete meals, dishes and banquets
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Consult with clients regarding events
• Plan menus and ensure food meets standards
• Prepare special dishes
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

• East Indian

• At least one year of experience
