Position: Restaurant/Lounge server. Multiple positions available.

Wage: $16.00 /hour + Gratuities

• Competitive benefits package available for full time employees
• Meals provided during shifts

Schedule: Full time/part time available. All meal periods (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Late-night). Evenings/weekends required.

Location: Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Server to join our dynamic team. Full time and Part time positions available. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction

• Provide superior customer service
• Greet Customers
• Serve food and beverages to customers during different meal periods (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Late night)
• Take food and beverage orders
• Process payments using POS Systems. Handle cash in accordance with Sodexo policies.
• Clear, clean and set tables as required.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness as required
• Ensure customer safety by following safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness policies.
• Participate in Sodexo food safety/physical safety/HACCP training programs
• May assist with any other activities relating to food services

• Exceptional customer service skills. Proven ability to provide a positive dining experience to customers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using POS Systems (Micros)

• One to two years of similar experience required
• Must have Smart Choices or Serving it Safe Certificate
• Food handlers certificate an asset
• Room service experience an asset
• Demonstrated ability for exceptional customer service
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must be physically able to walk/stand for extended periods, carry trays.
