We are hiring a Quality Leader to work with our team in support of our ongoing objective to deliver the best customer service in the industrial fan industry through the provision of high-quality products and processes.

• Lead and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
• Develop and implement quality control checkpoints and hold points in production
• Reduce rework and scrap through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee quality documentation (Quality Manual, SOPs, inspection forms)
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
• Train production and support teams in quality procedures
• Track, report, and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Work with engineering and production teams to prevent defects
• Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues as needed

• 5+ years in a quality assurance/control role in manufacturing, ideally in metal fabrication or industrial equipment, with previous weld quality inspection experience essential
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS
• Demonstrated success in reducing rework and driving continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Experience with internal audits and document control
