We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The LPN will work closely with our clients in various healthcare settings to provide high-quality and personalized care to patients.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Provide wound care and dressings
• Administer injections and perform other nursing procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
• Educate patients and their families on self-care and disease management
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ontario
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic medical records
