in search of a Registered Nurse to join their team.
Tsawaayuus Rainbow Gardens is a culturally inclusive long‑term care and assisted living community operated by the West Coast Native Health Care Society. Rooted in Indigenous values, traditions, and a deep commitment to community, we provide a continuum of care that includes 44 complex care beds, 10 assisted living units, and 68 independent living apartments.
