This is a full‑time position located in Selkirk, Manitoba

• Liaise with interdisciplinary teams and care providers to develop, review, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal‑care staff by planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work.
• Assist in orienting and training new team members.
• Coordinate nursing team’s resident‑care assignments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to residents.

• Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse (RN).
