Camp Ministry Director - Lead Youth Discipleship & Programs

Youth for Christ Winnipeg is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to serve on-site as Ministry Director at Camp Cedarwood. Camp Cedarwood is a ministry of YFC Winnipeg located at Pinawa Bay, Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba that focuses on providing youth with a camp experience that is rooted in the Gospel. A successful candidate will be passionate about helping others and using their experience, skills, and knowledge to support the ministry of YFC in changing the lives of youth.

• Ensure YFC’s mission is supported in all areas of camper and guest interactions year round.
• Be responsible for overall implementation of the ministry at camp (including but not limited to the summer program, follow-up ministry, year-round ministry opportunities, and the discipleship and leader development ministries).
• Develop a mission-focused program while ensuring proper implementation in all ministries within the camp.
• Maintain relationships with camp staff and volunteers.
• Actively work to promote and grow the ministries at camp.
