Overview
Com-Span Inc. is dedicated to creating opportunities for all people with physical and intellectual disabilities to actively participate in life skills, leisure and recreational activities that will enhance their life in a positive way. Com-Span delivers excellence in day programming for individuals living with disabilities by focusing on the following core values:

- Lead or assist with group movement activities such as stretching, chair exercises, light aerobics, walking and dancing.
- Modify movements based on individuals' physical and cognitive abilities.
- Encourage participation and create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with staff to align activities with participant needs and preferences.
- Enthusiasm with movement, fitness, and wellness
- Patience, positivity and an encouraging attitude
- Ability to adapt to a variety of support needs
- Comfortable in leading a small group
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact through physical wellness
- Support from staff and opportunities to learn about inclusive fitness approaches
