The Opportunity:

As an Account Manager
, you will act as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of Birchwood dealerships. You’ll work directly with General Managers, and senior leadership
, helping translate business goals into integrated marketing plans that drive sales, service retention, and brand consistency.

You’ll own the planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis of dealership marketing—across digital,traditional, in-store, and experiential channels
—while leveraging the scaleand expertise of Birchwood’s centralized media team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Strategic Partnership & Planning
  • Serve as the trusted marketing advisor and first point of contact for assigned dealerships
  • Lead annualand monthly marketing planning
    , aligning dealership objectives withgroup strategy
  • Recommendthe right channel mix, messaging approach, and investment strategy
    —notjust digital tactics
Budget Ownership & Performance Accountability
  • Manageand track dealer advertising budgets
    , ensuring spend aligns with approved plans and delivers ROI
  • Monitor performance across campaigns and channels, using data to optimize,adjust, and re-prioritize
  • Developclear, actionable monthly performance reports tied to business outcomes—not vanity metrics
Execution Across All Facets of Marketing
  • Coordinatecampaigns across:
  • Digitaladvertising (search, social, display, video)
  • Websiteinitiatives and conversion optimization
  • Emailand CRM-driven communications
  • In-store,on-lot, and local market activations
  • Brandand OEM-aligned initiatives
  • Work closely with internal creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality execution
  • Analyze results, identify trends, and proactively bring new ideas and improvements forward
  • Translatemanufacturer programs, inventory priorities, and local market conditionsinto compelling campaigns
  • Balancemultiple dealerships while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–5+years experience in marketing, account management, or client services
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets
  • Experience across marketing strategy, execution, and reporting (not justcampaign deployment)
  • Strong communication skills— confidently present recommendations and results
  • Experience in automotive, retail, or multi-location brands is an asset (but not required)
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
