• Performs routine process quality checks.
• Performs quality inspections on parts and finished good assemblies.
• Facilitates processing field quality issues, customer returns and supplier quality issues.
• Administers the issuance of non‑conforming reports and works with the affected department on the formulation of corrective action plans.
• Conducts training and certification of production associates.
• Creates and updates procedures and work instructions as required.
• Assists in the maintenance and improvement of the quality management systems required by ISO 9001 standards.
• Conducts internal audits based on ISO 9001 standards.
• Works with manufacturing on process improvement initiatives.

• 2+ years’ experience in a quality related position in a manufacturing environment.
• College Diploma, or Technology program or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and internal audits.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline‑dependent deliverables.
