Foundry Caster

Pay RangeBase pay: CA $21.00/hr
What You’ll Do- Melt and pour aluminum into molds.
- Operate furnaces, tilt pours, and casting equipment.
- Flux, skim, and ladle molten aluminum safely.
- Inspect and finish castings (cutting, sanding, trimming).
- Follow detailed work procedures and maintain a clean, safe area.
- A safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
- English communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, foundry, welding, or machine operation is an asset; we’ll provide full training.
- High school diploma is an asset.
- 4‑day work week – enjoy a long weekend every week (10‑hour shifts, days or afternoons).
