Production Group Leader; Supervisor - Evening Shift

Loewen Windows looking for a hands-on leader to join our team as a Production Group Leader on our evening shift. If you have experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment and enjoy driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Full-Time | Permanent

Evening Shift Premium: 12.5%

As a Group Leader, you will guide your team to deliver strong operational performance while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace. Ideally, you will bring:

• 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring, coaching, and building high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead change and build strong working relationships
• High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and shop documentation such as work orders
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work overtime when required to support business needs
• Yellow Belt Certification and Lean 101 Training as assets
