Job Description

  • Support Electricians in the maintenance, operation and repair of electrical systems. Assist with and perform installation and maintenance tasks in order to ensure the effective operation of various electrical equipment to drive up ME rapidly and permanently eliminating reoccurring issues and any downtime.
  • Documents all electrical wiring, alignment, calibration adjustments following manuals, schematics, blueprints, equipment specifications demonstrating electrical code knowledge.
  • Ensures that All Work Orders assigned to them are executed safely and complies with the Business Quality Standards.
  • Ensures that All Work Orders assigned to them are closed off in the CMMS with all required information filled and completed correctly.
  • Supports maintenance improvement initiatives, maximizing maintenance value and maximizing value added time in the work area.
  • Supports maintenance management processes and ensuring that all Safety standards are followed, maintaining the work area in a 7S Mode.
  • Assisting Line Operators on the operation of the line equipment and IM when the need arises upon approval from supervisor.
  • Ensures that the FNU NTPC record books are always completed on time to keep track on the various tasks carried out.
  • Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
  • Qualifications

    Minimum

  • Form 6 Level Qualification
  • Preferred

  • Experience in bottling or other processing environment
  • Knowledge of Lean problem-solving tools
  • Degree, Diploma or a 4th year Apprentice in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
