Job Description
Assist Technicians and Subject Matter Experts in the maintenance, operation, and repair of plant equipment.
Support installation and maintenance tasks to ensure proper operation of equipment, driving continuous improvement and minimizing recurring downtime.
Perform and document electrical and mechanical wiring, alignments, and calibration adjustments in accordance with manuals, schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications.
Ensure all assigned work orders are completed safely and in line with company quality standards.
Close out all assigned work orders in the CMMS with accurate and complete documentation.
Support maintenance improvement initiatives to maximize value-added maintenance time.
Maintain 7S standards in the work area while complying with maintenance management processes and safety standards.
Assist line operators in operating line equipment, injection molding, and utilities when required and approved by supervisor.
Ensure FNU NTPC record books are completed daily with accurate task documentation.
Support site-wide quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum
Form 6 Level Qualification.
Preferred
Experience in bottling or other processing/manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of Lean problem-solving tools.
Degree, Diploma, or 4th Year Apprentice in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
