• Competitive hourly wage: $18–$23/hr (based on experience)

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery
• Following work orders, production instructions, and safety protocols
• Conducting basic machine adjustments and quality checks
• Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Working closely with supervisors and production leads to meet daily targets

• Minimum 1 year of machine operator or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic math and measurement skills
• CNC or other specialized machine experience is an asset but not required
