- Following work orders, production instructions, and safety protocols

- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Working closely with supervisors and production leads to meet daily targets
- Minimum 1 year of machine operator or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- CNC or other specialized machine experience is an asset but not required
