Responsible for all phases of troubleshooting and training related to electrical panels and automated systems.

• Responsible for troubleshooting and training for new and existing customers, which includes but not limited to:
  Circuit troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, automated program troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, ability to read and write electrical schematics.
• Upload and download new or existing programming.
• Training customers in operational procedures and troubleshooting.
• Assisting in the generation of new electrical panels and any other tasks related to automated systems.
• Travelling to customer work sites both domestically and abroad.
• Must be able to field customer phone calls in a timely and concise manner.
• Must demonstrate and follow established procedures for safety and monitor safe work habits of others working in the department.
• Overtime may be required including nights.

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or related electrical field.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Attention to detail, highly organized and proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Electrical background with the ability to troubleshoot any circuit or programming issues.
