- Provide pre-sales technical support by reviewing and analyzing customer requirements, developing engineering responses, making product recommendations, and delivering virtual and in‑person demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external sales partners, designers, consultants and clients to support training initiatives and develop effective design and sales strategies.
- Deliver post‑sales support, including customer training, system installation assistance and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems, with quick learning ability.
- Strong project management skills – able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Process‑driven, self‑motivated mindset and initiative to work independently.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- College diploma or university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
