Operations Manager

Overview

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Operations Manager for the Springfield, Illinois area. The role serves as lead cleaner, job scheduling manager, and sales growth specialist. Candidates will clean glass from 1 to 3 stories at commercial and residential locations, including retail, office buildings, and malls. Some ladder work is required; high‑rise work is not a part of this position. Travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are expected.

The Operations Manager will schedule and manage cleaning crews, oversee quality and customer service, and develop sales growth opportunities. Candidates should bring 1‑3 years of managerial experience in a similar role and be self‑motivated, courteous, and detail oriented.

Pay ranges from $13.00 to $20.00 per hour based on performance, with potential for tips and commission. The position can be performed part‑time for the right candidate.
