A forward‑thinking, tech‑driven leader responsible for building and running a best‑in‑class service operation for specialty vehicle conversions. This role exists to raise the bar—challenging traditional service models and using AI, automation, data, and modern systems to deliver a premium, scalable customer experience with strong operational and financial discipline.
Owns service performance end‑to‑end: people, process, technology, customer outcomes, and profitability.
Key Focus Areas- Lead and develop service advisors, CSRs, and technicians with clear KPIs and accountability
- Oversee complex vehicle service operations, diagnostics, scheduling, and escalations
- Own Salesforce as the system of record and drive AI, automation, and process improvement
- Design and continuously improve the end‑to‑end service experience and customer retention
- Manage service and parts profitability with commercial discipline
- Ensure compliance with OEM, warranty, and internal requirements
- Experience leading service operations in automotive, agricultural equipment, or construction equipment environments
- Comfortable supporting complex, custom, or mission‑critical equipment with advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Faster resolution with fewer repeat issues
- Consistently high customer satisfaction
- A high‑performing, accountable service team
- Meaningful use of AI to reduce manual work
- A scalable, profitable service operation aligned with growth
