Job Description
- 8 years’ experience in the development of procurement and contingency plans for capital projects including development of RFPs according to client requirements.
- 8 years’ experience in a capital project management role including the approval of budgets and assisting the business with selection of vendors. At least one example should include management of a portfolio >=$50M.
- 5 years’ experience managing large Capital Construction projects with a focus on healthcare facilities to accommodate bed counts of 150 or more additional beds.
- 6 years’ experience liaising with municipal or provincial governments on capital construction projects. Experience should include ensuring that projects meet the municipal and provincial requirements.
- 6 years’ experience implementing capital construction projects that are Health Care-related with a focus on communications, financial management, schedule review and daily reporting.
- 3 years’ experience managing projects involving a Long-Term Care healthcare environment.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Post-secondary degree in business, management, or public administration.
