Le candidat devra établir et maintenir des relations de travail collaboratives tout en offrant des conseils stratégiques aux directeurs. Requiert un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine, une maîtrise des conventions collectives et la capacité de former les superviseurs. Le poste propose une ambiance de travail de bureau standard du lundi au vendredi, avec des déplacements occasionnels.
Un baccalauréat en relations de travail est requis.
