Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. The Creative Services Manager will oversee and guide the creative team to deliver high-quality, innovative designs and campaigns that align with client objectives and branding standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, managing project timelines and budgets, developing creative strategies, and leading design, content, and multimedia initiatives. The role requires fostering a productive and collaborative work environment while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee a creative team and guide project execution
  • Proficiency in Creative Design, Graphic Design Software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and Branding
  • Experience in Project Management, Budgeting, and Meeting Deadlines
  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Digital Marketing Tools, and Content Development
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail and quality assurance
  • Experience with multimedia initiatives, including video production, is an asset
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative services or marketing leadership role
