Qualifications- A related bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years consulting experience
- 2–5 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience
- UKG Pro certifications are ideal
- Experience with solution gap analysis and recommendations
- Hands‑on configuration of complex client requirements
- Ability to gather requirements, create user stories, test, and deploy solutions
- Understanding of the end‑to‑end implementation life cycle
- Project management experience is beneficial
- Flexibility to travel up to 30%
- Lead client engagement teams and deliver UKG Pro implementation services
- Manage project budget, schedule, and risk to achieve high‑quality deliverables
- Build productive relationships with client management and stakeholders
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members
- Maintain technical knowledge of UKG Pro & Pro WFM and stay current with industry trends
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long‑term client relationships
- Strong work ethic and self‑starting attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical problem‑solving with curiosity
- Comfort with ambiguity and creative thinking
- Collaborative team player who knows when to lead or follow
- High motivation and adaptability
