 We are currently hiring full-time Summer Painters (May-August) and part-time Door-to-Door Marketers who can start immediately to support our growth this season. Our area of operation is in Southdale, Island lakes, Royal Wood, Windsor Park, Southland Park, Sage Creek, and St. Boniface.

About the Job
Painter:
You will work on a variety of residential projects including interiors, exteriors, decks, and fences. We are looking for motivated people who are eager to work hard, learn new skills, and gain valuable real-world experience over the summer
* $20-28/hr (based on performance)

* Marketer:
As a Marketer, you'll represent the company in local neighbourhoods by generating leads and speaking with homeowners. This position is perfect for confident, outgoing individuals looking to develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.
 * $20/hr + bonuses

* Pressure Washer:
As a Pressure Washer, you'll assist with surface preparation by cleaning decks, siding, and exterior surfaces prior to painting. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality results.
 * $20/hr (based on performance)

Requirements
Access to a reliable vehicle
Availability from early May through late August (Full time)
Ability to transport equipment in your vehicle
Ability to transport ladders if required
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
