Tous les jours, le technicien de service travaille au quotidien avec les membres du Space Rentals pour accroître la visibilité des produits d’ATCO Structures sur le marché concerné, tout en maintenant un niveau supérieur de service à la clientèle. Ce poste relève du Directeur des Opérations de Montréal et est basé à La Prairie, Québec.

• Conduct cleaning activities such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors; emptying waste containers; disposing of garbage and recycling; washing windows; dusting; and replacing burnt‑out bulbs and tubes from light fixtures.
• Acquire materials such as parts or equipment required for the yard when needed.
• Complete maintenance and perform cleanliness checks on fleet.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance activities for Space Rentals fleet.
• Provide input into the preventive maintenance plan.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks around the office and yard such as lawn mowing and snow removal of balcony and stairs.
• Ensure all work is executed in a safe manner; ensure quality standards/installations and projects meet both client and internal stakeholder requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be safety‑oriented and a good team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, work well in a changing environment, and possess a sense of urgency.
• Able to carry out moderate to heavy lifting duties and operate cleaning equipment.
• Must be a self‑starter capable of working independently.
