Senior UX Product Designer
,you’lljoin the product team andplay a pivotal role in shaping the user experience ofRocket

Rez’splatform.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers,other designers,and stakeholders to design innovative features that simplify workflows and create exceptional user experiences. From wireframes to prototypes to final designs, your work will directlyimpacthow our customers interact with and benefit from our platformwhile aligning our product with our guest-centric vision.

• Lead collaborative sessions to drive clarity and alignment—facilitatingbrainstorming, problem definition, and prioritization workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Create actionable outcomes by guiding decision-making, documenting next steps, and ensuring team alignment from discovery through delivery.
• Create design artifacts across the spectrum: journey maps, wireframes, clickable prototypes, polished UI, documentation, and developer-ready specs
• Activelyparticipatein stand-ups, brainstorming sessions, demos, and design reviews to ensure alignment across teams.
• Deliver design specifications, assets, and guidelines to engineering for seamless execution.

• Conduct and synthesize user research to deeply understand operator and guest needs.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions.
• contribute to our design systemto ensure consistency across all visual elements and user interfaces.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
• Helpestablishbest practices for UX/UI design within the organization.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and innovative company culture by contributing ideas and solutions beyond your immediate responsibilities.

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role at a digital startup or SaaS company.
• Strongexpertisein interaction design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practices.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes (low-to-high fidelity), mockups, and detailed UI specifications.
• A portfolio thatdemonstratessystems thinking, clear interaction design, and attention to detailfor complex digital products (data-rich SaaS platforms preferred).

• High motivation with the ability to work autonomously without sacrificing collaboration.
• A “figure-it-out” mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
• A growth mindset - curiosity, openness, and the ability to balance quality with iteration
• Strong communication skills—able to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfort with iterative processes that include receiving feedback and making improvements quickly.
