• Architect and maintain scalable data solutions in Snowflake for cross-team analyses
• Develop reusable dashboards and visualizations to empower business users
• Provide strategic insights through statistical analysis of complex data sets
• Drive improvements in analytics infrastructure by collaborating with stakeholders
• Mentor and lead other analysts, promoting best practices and team efficiency

• 8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst, with a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field
• Experience working in the technology industry, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business
• Advanced SQL expertise, preferably in Snowflake
• Strong experience with clickstream data and web analytics
• Proven ability to build scalable dashboards using Thought Spot or similar BI tools

• Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
• Executive communication skills with a background in presenting to VP+ audiences
• Strong business acumen and systems-thinking ability
