Location: Winkler

MaaS by CODESM is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns that drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue for a diverse portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and stays ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max).
  • Develop, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily performance, budgets, bids, and ROAS across accounts.
  • Analyze campaign data and deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, audiences, and funnels.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay current with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at an expert level.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and budgets.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience working in an agency or managing outsourced marketing accounts.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, lead generation, or service-based campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRO principles and landing page optimization.
