• 2+ years of relevant Service Now IT consulting or industry experience
• 2+ years of experience in large technology engagements
• 1+ full life cycle implementations in Service Now
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Service Now certification in one or more areas
• Experience with XML and SQL
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization
• Module experience: CSM, Creator Workflow, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, Source2
  
  Pay (S2P)
• Experience with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for Service Now modules (ITSM, GRC/IRM, Sec Ops, CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, Now Assist)
• Experience with grooming, prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and UAT coordination
